Nathan Surprise is a personal injury attorney licensed in Texas and admitted to practice in all four federal district courts in the state. Since his admission to the bar in 2018, he has focused his practice on representing individuals injured by the negligence of others.

He earned both his undergraduate degree and Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University and Texas A&M University School of Law. His approach to personal injury law is grounded in the belief that every client should receive skilled and attentive representation during some of the most difficult times in their lives.

Benjamin Kennedy, a Texas native, grew up in Conroe, Texas. He received a B.S. from Texas A&M University before earning a J.D. from St. Mary’s Law School in San Antonio, Texas. Benjamin has been practicing law for over a decade and specializes in personal injury litigation, having represented a multitude of Plaintiff’s across the State of Texas.

His litigation experience includes, motor vehicle collisions, pedestrian accidents, premises liability, slip and falls, trip and falls, ceiling collapses, dog bite injuries, gun-shot injuries, work-site injuries, and general negligence. Benjamin is passionate about helping injured clients navigate through a difficult season and ensuring they are treated fairly.

Francisco Barajas is a personal injury attorney licensed in Texas and admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Mr. Barajas has been working in personal injury law since 2021 and handles cases involving motor vehicle accidents, 18-wheeler collisions, wrongful death claims, and catastrophic injuries.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio, his MBA from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, and his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law.

Known for his disciplined approach to case development, Mr. Barajas represents clients throughout the state of Texas and manages cases from pre-litigation through active litigation.

I have been practicing Personal Injury law since 1987. After years of practicing as a Criminal Defense Attorney, I returned to Personal Injury law. I am involved in all aspects of a personal injury claim/lawsuit including pre-trial, discovery, alternative resolution process – mediation, and trial. I am licensed in all State of Texas Courts along with Federal District Courts for the Southern District of Texas. I obtained my B.A. Degree in Psychology from Texas A & I University and my Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston.
